Available for Saturday lunch menu. I managed to get a reservation. I was able to spend a happy time not only with the taste, but also with the atmosphere of the store and the staff's response. On the way, Chef Kasahara arranged the rice in an earthenware pot, and we enjoyed a short conversation. All the dishes were delicious and looked good. In particular, the sashimi platter and hairtail are beyond words. This time it was used in the summer, so next time I would like to visit in another season. I'm sure you can enjoy the delicious menu at that time.

Mr. Kasahara's shop. It is difficult to get a reservation, but reservations for the following month begin on the 1st of each month. There are two types of dinner courses. Everything was meticulously prepared, beautiful to look at, and delicious. Sashimi with bamboo shoots and soy sauce...this is really delicious as a bamboo shoot lover❣It's also great that you can choose as many as you like from about 6 types of desserts☆ Cooked rice will be served, but if you can't finish it all, you can take it home as a rice ball. I'm also happy to eat this at home (^^)
