The raw fish is only salmon roe, so it's safe to take home, and above all, it's an overwhelmingly good value for money at 550 yen including tax for one person. Even if you put it in the refrigerator, remove the shiso and salmon roe (they are placed in a way that makes it easy to remove them), and if you chill it for about 10 seconds, it tastes just like it was freshly made.
