More Comments at Google MapReservations are required for this restaurant. I can feel the owner's passion for cooking. With this volume and taste, it felt cheap. This is a delicious restaurant that you can feel free to introduce to others.
I came here for the first time looking for a restaurant that seemed to serve delicious sashimi, a short walk from Oshiage Station. It's a two-story building, and I was lucky enough to get in without a reservation or wait. My companion and I don't drink alcohol, so we mainly focused on food, but the store had a lot of alcohol and a wide variety of menus. ●Fish I ordered the largest size of the sashimi platter and it was bigger than I expected, very fresh and delicious! The presentation was beautiful, gorgeous, and wonderful. Firefly squid dressing? I also ordered it, and it also had a good texture and was delicious. Above all, considering the price, it was a dish that was very satisfying in terms of freshness and volume. In fact, I'm sorry it's so cheap. ●Salad The prosciutto salad is fresh and has plenty of vegetables. The dressing was a bit bitter and grated, but it was also delicious and went well with the prosciutto. ●Meat I had the braised pork and beef steak. The braised pork belly was thick, flavorful, and delicious. I'll definitely go with rice. The steak was more voluminous than I expected, but my companion seemed to be satisfied with the taste. ●Appetizer I think it was Toriwasa, and the texture and taste were great. I don't really like the culture of otoshi (rice platter), which comes out without asking at izakaya bars, but when it comes to this level of otoshi, my expectations are high. ●Staff/store atmosphere It seems to be run by the chef and the chef, and we were informed that it would take some time to serve the food when the restaurant was full, but we didn't have to wait long enough to be concerned about it. It seemed like there was a private party on the second floor, so it was a bit noisy, but most importantly, I was satisfied with the fact that it was completely non-smoking, even though there are many places where smoking is still allowed in restaurants like this. (I don't want to smell cigarettes while eating.) There was a sign at the entrance of the store asking foreign customers who could not read Japanese to refrain from entering the store, but the intention was not to discriminate, but rather to point out that even with a translator, it often takes time to place an order. , and it seems that because it is being served by a small number of people, it affects the food service. It seemed OK if you were with a Japanese person (or someone who could read and speak it without any problems). My companion came from overseas, so I was looking at the menu using Google Translate, and it was true that many of the menu items had different meanings than the original meaning on the translator, so I don't think the above solution can be helped. Although both of them were busy, they were kind and efficient. I came back from outside Japan for the first time in a while and was planning to leave Japan again the next day, but I was able to enjoy fresh and delicious Japanese food that was perfect for my last dinner! I would definitely like to visit again when I come to Japan. Thank you for the meal.
I came without a reservation, but luckily I was able to get in right away. Each dish was very delicious, and the owner was very kind. The oyster shabu, which can be eaten raw, melted in your mouth and was extremely delicious...
