I discovered this place while wandering around a place near my house in search of delicious sushi. You can't go wrong with an old sushi restaurant in the downtown area! This is a shop that makes me think again. There were a lot of fish and shellfish that I didn't know. I forgot the name, but the small boiled conch shells were delicious! It was a shellfish with a stronger flavor and less bitter internal organs than the turban shell. Goes well with Japanese sake ❤️ The sushi is made with green onion quail that you won't find anywhere else. A very delicious combination ✨ The delicious seasonal sashimi was also great. I think the horse mackerel was probably left to rest for about 3 days. I've heard that it tastes better if you let it sit for 3-4 days. I've also eaten ikezukuri that was freshly cut and twitching, but this one had an indescribable flavor and didn't have a fishy taste. The way it closes is probably great too. The horse sashimi is creamy like butter🤤 The thick fried eggs are also salty and creamy. delicious! The owner looks like a craftsman, and I can't help but think that he has been loved in this place for a long time. It seems like it would be nice to come by yourself at night and have a drink while relaxing, which is typical of the downtown area.
