This is my favorite place in Japan for sushi. The quality of the fish is outstanding and the cook prepares the finest tempura ever.

I was interested in it when it was introduced on Rui Yoshida's program. I didn't know it was open on the first day after the New Year's holiday (lol) and jumped in at the opening time. There are many types of sake, and I think that it is a shop that people who like sake can't stand. I had a sashimi platter, but it was very delicious with the careful work of the owner. The tamagoyaki was also a key point. Next time, I would like to have sushi with satsuma-age, simmered taro, salted sea squirt, and sushi.
