Very nice sushi, but need to have some knowledge to go

I visited on a Sunday lunch time. In a timely manner, I was immediately guided to a counter seat. We were lucky because there was a queue right after that. When I spoke to the store staff, they said that they are grateful that the coronavirus pandemic has ended and that customers are coming in large numbers like in the past. Everyone seemed very busy but full of energy. We immediately asked for the omakase nigiri, and the deputy manager explained each nigiri to us and the customer service was polite. The ingredients were also very nice and delicious! . The pace at which we ate was properly distributed, and for the first time in a while, we didn't miss anything. Of course, the seasonal pickled firefly squid that I received as an additional dish was also excellent. Lunch included chawanmushi, miso soup, and dessert, so I was full. Everyone, including the deputy manager, was very polite and I was able to spend a very pleasant time. I would like to go there for dinner next time. I look forward to spending some delicious time at that counter again.

Three people used it around 5:15pm on the first day of Golden Week. It wasn't meal time yet, so I didn't have to wait in line to get in, but since it was a public holiday, there were quite a few seats filled when I got inside. Inside, you can choose between a counter and a table. I ate it at the table, but the chawanmushi came out right after I ordered it, and the sushi was served in a timely manner when I finished eating, so I think the service is attentive. I received the special sushi, which included chawanmushi, sushi, and warabi mochi for dessert. The chawanmushi was very delicious with an elegant soup stock. The sushi and all the toppings were delicious. If you want to eat sushi while using the Shinkansen, this is a recommended place to eat.
