The soup is exquisite, with the deep richness and flavor of Akadashi Hatcho miso. This Hatcho miso stew is also very delicious with its characteristic firm noodles. The udon restaurant's katsudon is definitely delicious.

My wife wanted to eat miso stewed udon, so we went to our usual restaurant, ``Mizukoshi'' in Okazaki. Today we both had the ``Deluxe Miso Stew Udon''. The rich Hatcho miso soup contained shrimp tempura, egg, and chicken, and it was very filling and delicious.

I usually order the deluxe miso stew set meal, but today I had breakfast a while ago, so I ordered the regular miso stew set meal. For me, when I think of miso stew udon, I go to Mizukoshi.
