Chiba, Japan｜旬菜旬肴 和のか

I thought it was a really nice shop. It's a perfect shop in all respects... The ``cha soba'' here was very delicious and I was impressed. When you eat it as a set with ``Seafood Maki Sushi'', you will experience nothing but a moment of bliss (bitter smile). Everything is satisfying, each person is served on a small plate, and many of the dishes are a bit unusual, so this is a restaurant you don't want to tell anyone about.

All were very delicious. Especially the sea urchin was excellent. There are various kinds of Japanese sake, so I enjoyed it.

Everything about this shop is perfect. Nodoguro is a piece of oil seaweed that is just under 30cm long, but you can eat it for less than 3,000 yen. I'm embarrassed to say that my recollection of the last part is blurred because I drank too much, but when I woke up in the morning, I found the leftovers neatly packaged on my desk at home. Apparently, the food they couldn't eat was taken home. Next time I would like to visit the store without forgetting it. Thank you for the meal.
