What a delicious place. Owned by a lovely couple, freshest crispiest baguette of my entire Japan stay!

The smell of bread dough is good. A gentle scent of yeast without thorns. The dough is neither too chewy nor dry, and has just the right amount of moisture to melt in your mouth. There wasn't much red bean paste at first! ? I thought so, but the dough is so delicious that this amount of red bean paste is enough to satisfy me. The red bean paste was not watery or powdery, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The photo is of bean bread. Since it is a medium-sized soybean, it was heavier than it looked. This time I went around 3:30pm and it was almost sold out, so next time I'd like to go earlier and have more fun choosing from a variety of items.

I stopped by because I was hungry. I bought a hard bread called ``Edamame and Sakura Shrimp Rustick.'' Isn't it unusual to have sakura shrimp in bread? When I took the first bite, I could smell the faint scent of sakura shrimp, and the texture of the edamame combined with that to create a refreshing feeling that spread in my mouth. This is recommended.
