Very delicious and authentic rustic bakery. Have to be quick though as it's only small and sells out of stock fast. Parking is a little confusing.

Recommended for those who want to taste the original deliciousness of bread! There are countless bakeries I've been to. The way it's grilled is the best.

All of them were fragrant, had a good texture, were chewy and fluffy, and were the most delicious I've ever eaten. The owner and his mother are both very nice people. The second floor is a cafe space, which is very quiet and comfortable. They will warm it up for you, but it is better to let them know how much you will eat and how much you will take home. The salad bread with bacon was especially delicious. There are times when there aren't many types of bread, but apparently you can order the bread you want the day before. It's a shame that the location is far away. A delicious bakery you'll want to recommend in Matsumoto City. Open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
