This eggplant oyaki is similar to the bamboo wrapped oyaki that my grandmother used to make, and I love it! The moist and thin dough is made without using rising flour, and the sweet and gentle flavor of miso goes well with it. Depending on the time of day, it may be sold out... They also sell grilled oyaki, which has a firm and fragrant batter. Just open the bag a little and reheat it in the microwave for a delicious meal. If I can't eat it all, I'll freeze it. Reasonably priced at around 120 yen each. I will buy again!

Speaking of oyaki, I was told that it was Matsuki's oyaki and went to buy it. I bought two each of eggplant, green onion miso, nozawana, and onion. One piece is 120-125 yen. An butter dorayaki, coffee dorayaki, 2 each for 125 yen each. I ate onion oyaki for the first time. Every oyaki is delicious and I think I'll go buy it again. The dorayaki was also delicious.

The quality of the bread is excellent. And it's cheap. It had an impressive taste. I bought some steamed bread at the right time at a nearby supermarket, and it was so delicious that I decided to visit the store for the first time, even though it was far away. I visited in the evening, and they still had a variety of items in stock. Unfortunately, there was no steamed bread, but salt bread, cream bread, red bean paste oyaki, and fresh cream sandwich with green rice crackers? All of them were modestly sweet and simple, so I felt that they made the most of the ingredients that could not be tampered with. I think it's currently No. 1 in Nagano Prefecture. The cost performance is much better than the expensive bread around Karuizawa.
