Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Truffle Bakery Karuizawacho

The famous bakery that is known for their truffle salt bread. This store also has a special fresh cream bread (Nagano Milk) that is only sold in Nagano prefecture. This bakery is not as crowded as the branch in Tokyo. It was not busy in the morning of weekday. It’s walkable from the station but it’s easy to have a car to come here unless you are staying in a nearby hotel.

That salt truffle bread is a must. Especially when fresh out of the oven. Everything baked onsite in really aesthetically pleasing surroundings. A must visit in karuizawa.

The truffle croissant here is to die for. It’s that delicious. The other pastries and bread were okay.
