The bread was chewy and fluffy and delicious. 👍The path to the store was difficult to find and narrow, so I was worried about whether this was the right place. The staff at the store were also kind and explained the process thoroughly. There is a parking lot for 1 or 2 cars and a second parking lot on the premises. It seems to disappear by the afternoon, so I think it would be best to go in the morning.

The bakery that was in U Palette in Akanuma before Typhoon No. 19 (I think) Since then, I have loved the bread here and have been going to U Palette in Akanuma for bread. I later learned that there was a shop inside a private house, but I never went there. I saw a special sales section at Tokyu Life today, and the milk bread looked fluffy and delicious. When I looked at the back, I saw the address in Akanuma and thought it was this shop. I bought it. It's absolutely delicious. The breads, such as the egg sandwich bread, milk bread, and salt bread, were fluffy and chewy, and the ingredients were gentle and delicious. Moreover, the price is reasonable. I would like to open a store near me again. It's a Tokyu Life event that's on until tomorrow, so I'm thinking of going back to buy it.

I finally found it 😭 I've been looking for it ever since I met Akanuma's U Palette before, and I finally found it on Instagram 🙌 I’m happy☺️☺️☺️ I was able to get the egg sandwich I was eating back then. I'm glad I came early, just after the store opened at 10am. However, it seems that the shop is run at my parents' home, so the shop is small and the number of items is small, but I hear that you can make reservations for the bread, so I would definitely make a reservation next time. Freshly baked is very soft and delicious 😋 Only one group can enter the store... I was happy that the store staff greeted me properly. The second parking lot was difficult to find, so I was glad I parked at the store, but I wondered what I would do if it was full.
