Nagano, Japan｜Kobeya Kitchen

I have passed this place while visiting Nagano on various trips, this time l was able to stop and relax. It is small cafe with plenty of seating. It offers a variety of snacks fresh food and hot drinks. Staff very friendly and work hard. I enjoyed my time day dreaming. They bake fresh bread on the premises, there is a window beside the cafe where you watch the chef baking, it's really amazing to watch and quite rare to seeing food being prepared. (fresh means fresh) 🥪

Nice bright cafe to have my cup of coffee with hot off the oven pastries before we get on our train.

A variety of baked goods - cakes, sandwiches, pies and breads. Sweet and savory. A small area to sit for coffee/tea and baked good. My go-to for sustaining eats when travelling - part of Nagano station.
