The name of the restaurant, “Kai・Matiere,” means “Aizu ingredients,” and we are particular about the safety and security of the ingredients used in our bread. In addition, the many creative breads that maximize the potential of the ingredients are delicious no matter what you eat. The recent recommendation is "Yukishita Akasuji Daikon and Kaori Edamame Bread". The red streak radish, which has been naturally chilled under the snow and has increased sweetness, matches perfectly with the bread, and the sweetness is fully enhanced while retaining the radish flavor and texture. In addition, the Aizu traditional vegetable Kaori edamame, which was roasted in a pot, was accented, and it was the most delicious. I was really surprised at 190 yen. I think the price changes depending on the season, but I have never regretted anything I ate. And the bread dough, which is fermented at a low temperature for a long time (aged overnight), is fluffy and chewy. It has the best texture and is very delicious even if you take it home.
