Ebetsu, Hokkaido, Japan｜Bakery mominoki

This is literally the most underrated, undiscovered GEM💎 of a homemade bakery. It beats every single bakery I’ve ever tried. My parents and I had the egg mayo bread, cheese and onion garlic bread, melon bun and salted bun. They were all just amazingly good. It’s a shame we didn’t take any pictures to share. I’d gladly come back again to try more of the home-baked goodness. It was 100% worth making the minor detour for 🥰😋🙏

Being able to eat safe bread is a privilege of Hokkaido people. It has a chewy, firm texture and authentic taste. Deliciousness that cannot be found in major manufacturers such as supermarkets. It's a small store and doesn't have many items, but it's a good store.

All of the breads are chewy and chewy, and even though they are small, they are voluminous and will fill your stomach. Both the salt bread and croissants were delicious. Kakushoku is too chewy and will fall apart if you cut it yourself, so it's better to have someone cut it for you. The cashier was extremely nice and made me feel happy. You can get point cards and rusks for purchases over 1,000 yen, and the service is also perfect!
