During my two-week trip to Hokkaido, I discovered a delightful coffee shop called Paul, located in Sapporo JR Station. It became my regular breakfast spot during my stay. The croissants at this coffee shop were incredibly delicious. The breakfast meal I typically ordered consisted of one croissant, a tasty slice of ham, and a boiled egg. Additionally, I tried another meal option that included two pastry buns served with jam and butter. Both meals were accompanied by a cup of drip coffee with whole milk and sugar. Impressed by the croissants' exceptional taste, I even decided to purchase two croissants to-go for breakfast on another day. It was a convenient option that allowed me to enjoy the delicious croissants at my leisure.

This bakery makes delicious croissants, pain au chocolat, and other baked goods. Their sandwiches are wonderful, especially the vegetarian caprese sandwich on olive bread.
