Really good bread! We even had some of the discounted day old bread which was still delicious warmed up in a toaster oven. We tried 4 different kinds of bread and they were all hearty, filling and delicious!

Delicious artisan bread. It's hard to find bread like this in Japan. Highly recommended to bread lovers.

I love chocolata. I remember being quite shocked when I ate it for the first time. Even though it's this color, it's not sweet. Chocolate flavor with a bittersweet aftertaste. The amount of roasted walnuts gives it a nice aroma. The dough is not fluffy, but rather firm when you hold it, making it perfect for eating. I also like making canapés with prosciutto and honey, and pairing it with creamy soups. Come to think of it, it was sold on the first floor of Norbesa about three years ago, but I wonder if it's still being taken down.
