Came here with my family for dinner on a Sunday night. As expected, the crowd during dinner time was quite bad but thankfully, the restaurant had a good system in place. The queue outside was orderly and the staff knew how to handle the specifics (i.e. outdoor/indoor seating, number of pax to prioritise based on table availability etc). It took about 20 minutes before we had a table allocated to us. While waiting, they also wasted no time by handing us a piece of paper to write down our orders. Once inside, we had to queue at the counter again to place our orders. Although this one took a bit longer than the queue outside, it was still manageable and not frustratingly long because the staff moved fast in taking our orders. All in all, from queuing to placing our orders, it took about 40 minutes, which considering the Sunday dinner crowd, was acceptable. The environment in the restaurant was cosy and wasn't overly noisy. The good thing was the food was prepared really quickly (i.e. 5 minutes after placing our orders) which was a pleasant surprise. Food was great (see pictures below for specifics) - we ordered 4 mains, a side to share (fries) and 4 drinks for each of us. For the price that we paid (about $10-$15 per person), it was really affordable and the portion and taste was decent. For those getting takeout, there is a separate kiosk outside for you to place your orders in a machine. You would not need to queue together in the restaurant so this is a pretty good alternative. There is also a Cat and Fiddle shop sharing the space at the entrance so do pop by for some dessert if you are in the mood after dinner! You can order and eat at the same table so you don't have to worry about seating. All in all, I would come back again in the future, and most certainly recommend to anyone in the area to come here.

Great value for money with it's freshly prepared food. The kind of place that you will never leave feeling empty. Only full & satisfied. If you are carving for fried chicken, then this is the place where you can get your fix. FOOD Signature Fried Chicken was perfectly prepared. Really impressed by the whole chicken was cooked the right way consistently throughout, which is rispy on the outside & really tender on the inside. Daughter loved the smoked duck salad while the cheese sticks & prawn pasta was decent. SERVICE Great service crew. Attentive & proactive demeanor throughout. ATMOSPHERE Really family friendly. Only good vibes.

Great place for family dining- the Crispy Onion is amazing, never expect it to be so big, so tasty. The sausage is also very nice. Of course, we have to order fried Chicken and Chicken cutlet, both are fried to perfection. The only feedback is the fried chicken is abit small compared to other Fried Chicken outlets such as KFC and Texas Chicken. Will definitely come back.
