Singapore｜White Restaurant (Jewel)

My first meal in Singapore last time was at this restaurant, easily accessible from the airport. I absolutely loved their signature white beehoon, which stole the show during our lunch. Additionally, the several other dishes we ordered were all delightful. The restaurant offers ample seating around a water vortex and provides space to store luggage. The service was exceptional, with friendly, helpful, and polite staff.

Their signature beehoon is awesome, literally all the paterons ordered it. It looks plain and nothing special at first but surprisingly good. The claypot chicken is soft and tender. It is delicious. The sweet and sour pork is also good, slightly crispy and not soggy. The fried rice is pretty normal, the taste is slightly bland maybe their silverfish fried rice (I think that is the name) will be better, likely the fried rice will have more taste.

Food was delicious! Brought my overseas friend here for dinner upon serving Singapore! Great view to dine right infront of the jewel votlex. White bee Hoon doesn’t taste like how it used to but still very delicious! Everything on the table are worth ordering! Except for sambal Kang Kong only for those who really can take spice. Sambal Kang Kong was really spicy despite requesting for less spice. I feel more serving spoons and bowls should be served. Staffs are all friendly and nice.
