Singapore｜Din Tai Fung

All the dishes we ordered were very delicious. You should not except egg fried rice to be full of wok hei cause that is not how Din Tai Fung does their fried rice. But the fried rice nonetheless is still very tasty with the egg coating every rice grain. The pork chop however could be slightly more flavourful. But other than that, we were very satisfied with the food. The lights were bright, air conditioning at a comfortable temperature but not too cold. The service team were amazing, delivering the food promptly, clearing plates quickly, attentive and constantly checking on us to ensure our tea cups were always filled with tea.

Beautiful atmosphere, great food! The xiaolongbao is good, so is the fried rice with pork chop and the stuffed green chilli is amazing! Price has gone up a lot, so we are more selective with our food but it's still a great place to eat =)

Patronised Serangoon Nex Din Tai Feng. Food has maintained its past standard. Well done. We ordered 8 dishes, typically I would recommend crab roe xiao long bao. The taste has a good balance between the crab and meat aroma. The this skin does not tear. Service in the restaurant is still good, outside no(needs more training). Atmosphere is great. Not too near with other tables, enjoyed a good degree of privacy. Will I go back again? Yes.
