Steak done to medium rare and totally on point. Fish and chips and escargot were really good too. Used to visit the express outlet at Plaza Singapura which has since closed down. Glad the food quality is just as good here!

To be honest, tried several outlets and was not pleased but decided to give NEX outlet a chance. In all, I am really impressed by: Service: Greet you when you arrive and leave the restaurant. Remarkable service with politeness as they accede to requests real promptly. Teamwork is what I see in this team - visited 12 Oct 2023 evening. 4 men ran the show including supervisor with a full house restaurant! Food: Needless to say, super yummy and its worth the money. Kitchen: Open concept which gives you the visibility to their chefs in the house, food were cooked and served timely. Hardworking chefs with demanding orders. In all on this day, staff at Hot Tomato NEX deserves all praise and it has really been awhile that I encounter such impeccable restaurant service. Keep it up guys!
