生煎包 is superbly nice. 小笼包 is not bad but will be better if the skin is thinner. Others food is ok but I wouldn't recommend the chicken chop with 年糕。price wise counted cheap.

Waiting time is relatively fast, about 10min on a Fri evening. Serving time is also fast. Food wise, ordered the sheng jian bao, xiao long bao, peanut sauce noodles & braised pork noodles. The sheng jian bao - juicy and meaty with crispy skin on the outside is better preferred over the xiao long bao - skin slightly thick and acceptable to me. As for noodles, peanut sauce noodles is too dry for my liking, braised pork is exceptionally soft and noodles is ok too. Generally, food and service are good and would come back again for other items.

You can also eat all the signature dishes in the lunch set, which is very cost-effective. The pan-fried buns can be said to be the best in the country. The skin is thin, the bottom is crispy and juicy, and the meat is big. As a Shanghainese, I give it five-star praise
