Singapore｜Sichuan Chef 四川廚子

Tried their beef noodles and really enjoyed it. The broth was spicy and slightly sour – very tasty! I finished every drop of the soup. The beef slices had quite a bit of tendon which I thought was a bit too much but it’s alright. I’m definitely coming back.

Tried their 凉面 and I fall in love with it. Not too spicy and the aroma of sesame oil is indulgent. They are also selling a wide variety of other 凉拌菜 which look very interesting. Hopefully they can offer more vegetarian dishes in the future. Reasonable price S$4.5 - S$8 per pax, recommended.

$4.50 for my noodle, taste wise is good however it is lacking the numbness kick. Portion is huge compared to local wantan noodle.
