Singapore｜Penang Savour

No wonder so popular and crowded ever since Penang Savour was opened. Food is delicious and authentic. Got five dishes and two drinks for around $50. Nice decor. Will try bring Mum here.

Queue was long and a bit disorganized at first until the lady sorted it out. We tried their Penang Laksa (without onions) and Penang Prawn Mee (add noodles +$1), 3 in 1 iced White Coffee and Iced Hawthorn. Service was fast after ordering. Drinks are pretty normal. Laksa was good - soup was sourly nice, came with mango, tunas and crunchy cucumber, and veges. Prawn soup was thick, Prawn not those big ones though, chilli was good. Pork slices hidden at bottom. Need to give this a really good mix before eating.

Lovely selection of Penang food. The chendol is good, should try. Fried kway tiao, assam laksa and curry prawn noodle was good as well. Price wise it is not expensive, comparable to foodcourt prices. Place is not big and crowded most of the time, so expect to queue for your turn.
