Signature Haidilao service as expected, staff were friendly and attentive towards our request. As usual, they would go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The food is fresh and delicious. The new chicken collagen pot is a revolution, rich and easy to drink, and it does not have the overpowering chicken aftertaste.

Haidilao Seletar Mall have the best service among the hdl outlets in Singapore. 2 staff served us very warmly and very helpful. Would like to compliment Xiao Wei especially. very attentive to each of our needs and he will auto refill soup and drinks for us without us asking. Even though we asked for fruits a few times and the other staff, Qing Han helped us many times. thank you both for the good service and we had a wonderful dining experience!

Haidilao Seletar Mall is the best in among of Singapore. Service is damn good 💯 . 2 staff ladies served us very warmly and very helpful. One lady staff is helping us to fill the soup and food. She is very helpful and very initiative. Another younger lady also very helpful and provided the dessert even we haven’t asked yet. When I ask her about the snack and gift from tiktok, she gave me the pack of snack and some cute gift. 😍😍😍 Thank you two and the rest
