Singapore｜Mad Charcoal

Came twice, once for their duck platter and another for their rabbit leg. Meats were tender and had an enjoyable smoky flavor. Pork belly was sweet as well. Sides are great, especially the mashed potatoes. Very large serving sizes too, so it was good value for money, although it can get rather expensive. The star of the show though was the rabbit leg, which was exceptionally tender with an earthy flavor, drenched in a sweet and creamy sauce that compliments the meat. Rabbit is a rare meat to find here, and this was a great introduction to savor.

Had my first bite and I was stun like a vegetable even my mouth full was Beef Brisket!! Tender Juicy charred goodies !! Almost melts in the mouth!! Great seasoning too and not too salty!! The rest of us order Chicken Chop , Pasta, Fries and salads… everything was too good to be true!! This will be my only place for some coffee shop western food in future!! Thanks Kelvin and team!! You guys rock man!!

This place serves excellent grilled western food! Really excellent and they do their name (Mad Charcoal) justice. All the meat is grilled to perfection and the beautiful wonderful aroma of the charcoal and the smokiness is there. The meat is tender and juicy. The price is a steal for such high quality food. We have tried all the sides and never has been disappointed. Pasta is al dante, the ratatouille is smoky, the rice fluffy and fragrant, the salad crisp, fresh and with the right tanginess in the sauce. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
