Restaurant located in an HDB mall, and I must say that the food was quite good. However, I found the prices to be on the higher side considering the mall's location. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes from “Heng Hua province of China” and some Tim sum. Although the quality of the food was commendable, I felt that the prices were slightly inflated for an HDB mall setting. I had expected the prices to be more affordable, considering the restaurant's location within a residential area. The restaurant could have offered more reasonable pricing to attract a wider range of customers. It is important to strike a balance between quality and affordability, especially in a neighborhood setting. Overall, the food at this HDB mall restaurant was good, but the prices were on the higher side. If you are willing to splurge a bit for a tasty meal, this place is worth a visit.

Very nice place for family meals in terms of food, ambience & service. We have been here several times and all their dishes are good. Have tried these so far: Putien Lor Mee Claypot Yellow Croaker Soup Chinese Cabbage Seafood Tofu Soup Putien Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychees Shredded Pork with Sesame Bun Shrimp Paste Chicken Cereal Prawn Cereal Tofu Sambal Kang Kong Deep Fried Shredded Taro Spinach in Supreme Stock Fried Asparagus with XO Sauce Osmanthus Jelly

Live nearby, and have been at this Putien restaurant numerous times since they opened awhile back. They even have Dim Sum now. Food quality, service is super fantastic, like really fantastic from bottom of my heart. Even better than the big chain brand name of the same cuisine 😅
