Singapore｜Yi Dian Xin Hong Kong Dim Sum

Local dimsum shop near upper Serangoon road. Usually ordered on Grab as delivery quite fast and convenient. Their dim sum are nice, price is alright too. Love their steamed Beancurd Roll in sauce, prawn mango roll, boat congee. Been having these for breakfast on and off for many times but first time reviewing on Google. If you’re nearby can go try!

It’s like a Kopitiam place so do expect to wait for seats haha. Okay on to the food, I had the Otah Siew Mai and normal Siew Mai. Both were amazing! Packed with ingredients within! Also got the Salted Egg Baos, it’s the usual for this one. The Carrot Cake was surprisingly super good! The one they fried with egg and bean sprouts one, was super soft and taste was great. The rest was all as per normal, overall I would definitely bring friends to have dim sum here again in future!

Not comparing it to restaurant dim sum, I would rate it 5 stars. Saw bad reviews about the siew mai and food in general but most of the items turned out to be suprisingly nice to me and my family. I would recommend the fried banana red bean pastry, custard bun, egg tart, siew mai, char siew bao, fried har gau and steam carrot cake. Side note: staff is friendly as well. :)
