1 of the best porridge I've tried . The serving is quite a lot. Big chunks of liver in the porridge with fried shallots and spring onions. The porridge is tasty and smooth. Don't mind coming back again to try the other options . It's crowded during lunch time but the shop assistant will help you find seats

How can a porridge restaurant garner such a high number of reviews and such a high rating? The answer is the porridge is really that good and very affordable. There weren't much seats in the restaurant so most people would opt to takeaway. The queue was quite long and I had to wait about 30minutes for my porridge. Even though I ate it about an hour later, it was still piping hot. The porridge had a slightly smoky aroma with a gooey consistency like typical Cantonese porridge. Initially I was afraid that I wouldn't be full so I added on some sliced pork to my pork ball and century egg porridge, and a youtiao but I kinda regretted it as they were so generous with the ingredients that I felt like I just came back from a buffet after finishing the porridge. I would recommend getting the minced pork ball and century egg as the combination works the best.

Best porridge in town! Be prepared to queue for at least 15 mins and then wait about 30 minutes for your piping hot bowl of creamy goodness chockful of ingredients! Go for the signature porridge. My parents frequently travel accross the island just to eat here. Ingredients are generous and great quality, squid thick and tender, liver so velvety and just ooh la la. It can be confusing to secure a table, approach the lady manning the delivery station. Price? Cheap! For the quality you pay!
