Singapore｜Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen (Ang Mo Kio)

I find it strange that people said the Phad Thai and fried rice were not good. Perhaps the flavours have been tweaked since the previous reviews. Pork fried rice: I love it that they used thicker and tough parts of pork. Great taste and nice to chew on. Rice is a bit on the salty side. Well cooked for sure Phad Thai: Tasty and very flavourful. My mum likes it though I prefer it if I had squeezed less lime haha I wish we can choose if we want fried rice the usual way or having less salt added. The pork fried rice is tasty enough without the extra salt.

Had the green curry fried rice and the stir fried vegetables. They were tasty and well cooked. Portion is not too bad but the only downside is that the fried garlic they used to garnish is really too hard and very chewy.

Very delicious and flavourful. Big portions especially for the Thai Prawn Vermecilli ,the prawns are really huge! Their mango salad (not in picture) is also very authentic. Value for money, definitely worth the price.
