One of my regular places for dim sum. Prices have increased but I think it's the same everywhere. Besides my favourite dim sum dishes, tried some new dishes and they were mostly good. The best was the black pepper beef with rice. The beef was so tender and the sauce was perfect with rice. The fried rice was also good with wok hey. The beef in the braised beef noodles was tender however the noodles had strong alkaline taste which spoiled the dish.

Went to the Tim Ho Wan at Taiseng on 7 Sept. The food is definitely good, but i feel for the service staff there. They were understaffed during lunch time and the staff clearly couldn't handle the queue. Many people left not wanting to queue outside the shop (beyond the comfort of aircon). The staff were really trying their best... hope the management can look into this.

Came on several different timings and days to this branch so some of the seasonal food might not be available regularly. The service here is good and friendly, eating space is clean and considered spacious. Their food quality so far is quite consistent for the several times I was here. Flat fish meatball congee is a must try if you’d like something warm for your tummy. The buns are nice too be it the usual Baked BBQ Pork Bun or the National Day special Fried Chilli Crab Bun. The Beancurd Skin with Pork & Shrimp is good with that sauce, it’s hot though so take a first small bite. Pan Fried Radish Cake is those where you can see strips of radish so is nice, unlike the usual ones I had which seemed like all flour 🤢 If want something sweet, do try out their egg tarts, mango sago or the steamed sponge cake. These are those I tried a few times. Good place to go, however take note of crowd here especially weekdays night if you looking at dinner.
