Signature Thai Kway Chap Thai Fish Sausage Deep Fried Thai Pork Belly Plain Kway Yaowarat Thai Kway Chap (Serangoon) 📍945 Upper Serangoon Rd, Singapore 534711 🍜 Food wise: Ever crave Bak Kut Teh soup with Kway Chap’s Kway? There you go. This Thai Kway Chap was indeed special, it consists of the strong peppery Bak Kut Teh like soup, pretty spicy though, and the curly Kway Chap, and once you empty the bowl, you will find the peppers still lingering at the end. So for non spicy eaters, beware, prepare the milk tea! The signature Kway Chap comes with fried pork belly, pork slices, fish sausages, and intestines, quite a nice spread of meat! Portion wise, this bowl alone might not be enough. So one might recommend ordering an additional serving of the fish sausage and the deep fried pork belly. The fish sausages tasted like lap cheong, but it is softer and more fragrant, yet it is also chewy. It just gives the crave to want to have more of this stuff, so good! The pork belly was as expected, with crackling skin and tender meat, juicy too, but it was not as delicious as the fish sausage. ✨ Ambience wise: Kinda gives the vibe that one is in Bangkok. 🤵🏻 Service wise: Great! The food was served quickly! 💵 Price wise: Signature Thai Kway Chap $6 Thai Fish Sausage $8 Deep Fried Thai Pork Belly $8 Plain Kway $3.50 Very interesting Kway Chap, one will definitely return for more. Slightly expensive, but worth it. Recommended!

Been here a few times and the quality has been consistent. I like that the kway chap is always served piping hot. The kailan with crispy pork belly is great, as I can get my greens and at the same time, some crispy pork belly. Fish sausage is also well done, with pockets of fat bits as you chew through. Delicious all in all!

The kway chap soup is very flavorful and peppery. Recommend to try the deep fried pork belly and the Thai fish sausage.
