Very good food and you will definitely feel at home once you sit down. Service is top notch and not in the pretentious kind of way. Speed of food coming out is just mind blowing. Though it’s on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for

It’s an old school restaurant below the HDB but super popular especially among the more senior crowd. Indoors was fully booked so we had to settle for the outside which was quite warm- even with the multiple fans around. Overall the food tastes very healthy. Not overly salty or flavoured. Home cooked food feels with fresh ingredients. I will highly recommend the dessert which I thought was the highlight of the meal! Really enjoyed the pulu hitam with ice cream. Will recommend to bring parents/ grandparents here for a meal!

One of the more authentic Teochew restaurants in Singapore. The food was really good - especially liked the fried oyster pancake, roasted pig, ngoh hiang and orhnee! The staff were polite and really efficient. We had a table of 13 and made reservations in advance. For a Thursday night, it was completely packed, so good to make your reservations in advance.
