Singapore｜McDonald's Bedok Reservoir

One of my favourite Mac in Singapore. Definitely a clean place. Remember to check your app to get deals. I did that last night. 2 snacks for $3. Oops. That bottle water is my own. I went for a night walk and walked to mac. Guess I replenished my burned calories at mac. 🤪

I think 99.99% if not 100% of people had eaten from McDonald’s at least once in their life. And for most, it’s the food that we grow up with, starting from the first outlet at Liat Towers on 20 October 1979. Of course the rest is history. Now they have over 130 outlets across the island. My favourite since young has been Big Mac and Hamburger. I used to go to the outlet at Serene Centre as it was near to the place I studied. Back in the old days, the burgers were served in styrofoam boxes which was replaced by paper ones for the more premium burgers. I can’t recall but Hamburger back in those days cost something like 90c. It is now $2. The price has doubled but that is over a period of 40 years. Is that a lot of increase? But it looks like it is lower than the inflation over the same period in Singapore.

This is one of the best McD I have ever visited. The staffs are friendly and can even tell me which side is colder or hotter. Sometimes, it is also an ideal quiet place to chat. Highly recommended.
