Came here for a date with my partner and was very well taken care of by Caleb. Food was amazing, portions generous. Definitely one of my new favourite places for Japanese. 5 stars all around!

Nice place to enjoy some Japanese cuisine. Food is pretty good. Service was friendly & attentive. Though it is on a industrial building roof top, atmosphere within the restaurant is pleasant. If I'm making comparisons with those "Japanese Joints in retail malls" (restaurant chains), I'll definitely recommend TORA above all of them.

Good food at slightly expensive prices. Excellent service and atmosphere; a bit hard to find. Kaisen pasta was well seasoned. Oysters were OK, typical of Singaporean oysters you can taste a bit of the seafood stink. Corn and other fried stuff was fresh and not greasy.
