Found in a condo. Cosy and homely place for dinner. Food is nice canto style. 2 pax meal was bit pricy but to be fair we had steam clams. Worth a try. Good for family meals. Had to pay for parking at the condo though. Hdb rates.

Chinese restaurant hidden in the private estate. Just tell the guard post that you're going to the restaurant.
