Wonderful private kitchen with authentic Cantonese food cooked with the simplest ingredients and yet so perfect in both taste and scent. Chef Sam Wong is very friendly and humble cook. Shared his humble great skills and life experiences with me and my family. Had a wonderful time in his house. Will definitely be back but guess have to wait another 10 months to a year for a table again.

As a private dining outfit, it's quite interesting to be seeing Chef Sam in action. Running up to 3 shows a night, chef was surgically running between groups, serving up great Cantonese dishes that is whipped up from his kitchen. He tells stories, sing Cantonese poems, and explain how he got to where he got to since starting in 2015/2016. The Lucky House roast duck, is probably the signature of all signatures. Steamed fish is based off what's fresh that day; try to see if you can get hold of the seawater-freshwater black Marble Goby Soon Hock fish, it's really tender and good. The Chinese steamed chicken is out of this world. Complementing them all with the charcoal boiled soup, crayfish hor fun, stir fry vegetables, and you have yourself a good evening, with fun laughter, and conversations to last the meal. Only challenge, is how his wait list is up to a year long. As much as the food is good and the experience better, not sure if I'll want to wait this long to be tasting this yummy set of food items. Park at Evergreen Gardens. One of the pioneers in private chef dining since 2016. Feels completely at home. Every dish tastes good and fresh, especially roast duck, steamed fish and crayfish hor fun. Portions are so huge can easily eat 12 people. Byob or own drinks for kids for better experience. Closes at 10pm.
