For the price is very worth it. Ingredients are fresh, doesn’t have the frozen or blood smell a lot of Chinese restaurants have. Most if not all ingredients are actually very decent, and the buffet is less than $20 on weekdays. Taste of the kung bao hotpot is comparable to those at Kovan area and plenty of parking space here. Will come again.

Ordered from Food delivery Came hot but the rice is cold and cost $1.90 Note the pig ears although written as soy braised, comes with chilli 5 stars for the one pot chicken, ingredients are fresh n the sauce is good

This area is just great . You can choose if you want aircon or not .It may be mostly self service but when something breaks such as the ice cream machine they immediately fix it up in no time.I love this place .I would recommend it to a friend
