Singapore｜Shabu Sai @ Tampines 1

Finally re-visited my usual Shabu Shabu hang out (pre-covid) at Shabu Sai Singapore in Tampines 1! If you're a Shabu Shabu or Sukiyaki hotpot lover, this place is one of my favorite! We picked our favorite ingredients, together with a tonkatsu and sukiyaki soup base. The meat slices were so tender and the fresh veggies were crunchylicious. Plus, they had some dipping sauces to zhng up the flavors! My favorite was dipping the meat into my self-made egg sukiyaki sauce. I can't help but went to do an egg topping on my rice, drenched with sukiyaki sauce for the full flavor. Too busy eating, never take more photos. Maybe next round can take more...

Ultra popular all you can eat Japanese Buffet and this outlet sees a queue forming during peak meal times. It is a good place to load up on the thinly sliced protein which includes beef, sukiyaki, chicken and pork. There is also a wide array of vegetables, tofu, carbo, sauces and an optional drink/ice cream add on. You have a full 70mins to devour all you can order and it is usually enough time. Will I come again? Certainly! This is one of the best place to go to for buffet!

Visited on 20 Aug 2023 for sunday lunch.. the price is $22.99++ for weekend lunch and $2.50 with water and ice cream. It's really good.. I was told this price is amongst the cheapest for buffet meals on weekends. The food is fresh and the meat is generous. You get what you ordered and we wacked all the beef we can eat 😂
