Singapore｜Tonkotsu Kazan VOLCANO Ramen @ Century Square 豚骨火山ラーメン @ センチュリースクエア店

Recently had a nice dinner at Tonkotsu Kazan VOLCANO Ramen in Century Square. If you're up for some ramen adventure, you can try lah! I slurped down their karamiso ramen, savored the karaage, and dived into their shoyu ramen. Let me tell you, my taste buds were very satisfied! Love that they gave free eggs 😃

Recently tried the Tonkotsu Kazan Volcano Ramen. Loved the experience overall. There was a wait time of about 10-15 minutes to get a table on Sunday evening. We ordered the following : 1) Regular Kazan Shoyu Ramen - Mildly spicy with a flavorful broth and full of ingredients. This is served with a side of rice (optional). The broth can be upped as many times as you want. Was interesting to experience the ramen brew in the claypot. Meat was tender. 2) Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen - I had ordered the medium spicy version, and this was quite spicy for me. However, I loved it. This is served with some chili oil and spicy powder which needs to be mixed well with the broth to give it a nice punch. The meat was tender and the noodles were soft. 3) Chicken Karaage - Nice crispy chicken with mentaiko sauce. Each table has 3-4 boiled eggs placed that you can simply add to your meal.

We decided to try this place one day without any prior research on this place. We ordered 1 small bowl each and was worried when we saw everyone else sharing. It’s a cool experience watching the broth being poured in and just waiting for your food. The taste was quite good too. The portion was quite big for us, we didn’t have any slave for the rice! Maybe we should have shared
