There are three order kiosks at the door. It is more cost-effective to order the set meal. I mainly want to eat beef ramen + milk tea. The price of the single order adds up to the set meal price, but the set meal also has an extra side dish. You can choose whether it is spicy or not, whether you want green onions or not, whether you want coriander or not. I chose spicy and no coriander. But the one that came was not spicy and had cilantro. The waiter was kind enough to help me take it to the kitchen to change. Basically, the kitchen just added chili to the same bowl of noodles and picked up the cilantro, because at the end I could still see a little cilantro floating in it. Above, please tell them if you are allergic to cilantro. I just didn't want cilantro and they took away my green onions. . . I just became a member for 9.99 and haven’t used it yet. . . Like the skewers in a hot paper bag. . . Food and service were both good. . . As for the kitchen, remember to read the order carefully. . . signature beef lamian set 12.65 + lamb skewer 2 skewers 4.00 = total 17.98 nett (included gst)

For noodle lovers, definitely a value for money place to satisfy your taste buds. Nuodle has a well crafted and creative menu to combine local flavors and traditional Chinese street food. The Fried Bee Tai Mak and Sour Soup Dumplings is a must try!

Self-service restaurant with good support at the kiosk (no service fee). Broth is excellent, noodle abit soft for my liking (not the typical Chinese noodle) and beef is ok. Quantity is enough for small eater.
