BBQ Sambal Stingray - The sambal chilli was a harmonious mix of savoury, spicy and tangy notes. Deliciously and cooked on a banana leaf - super authentic! Chilli Flower Clams - A dish that stole the show - my family’s top pick! They really took the flavour up a notch with plump clams cooked to perfection, swimming in a sea of flavorful sweet, salty, and spicy tomato chili sauce. This sauce is a tidal wave of taste. It's sweet, spicy, tangy, and so thickened with a heap of eggs. The flavor it packs is extraordinary with the perfect balance of sweet and savoury! Rong Guang's Signature Wings - You get that perfect crunch in every bite of these crispy perfectly deep-fried chicken wings. A well-executed classic that was crispy on the outside with tender and juicy meat in the middle! Seafood Mee Goreng - This packed a powerful spicy kick and the wok hei flavour gave the noodles a barbequed taste! The stir-fried noodles came with seafood such as prawns and squid that added umami to the flavour on top of the spiciness of the sauce.

Their signature dishes included: BBQ Sambal Stingray: This killer spicy stingray is a must and you will be satisfied with their secret sambal sauce Rong Guang’s Signature Wings: This is a Must order and you will agree with me – Finger Licking Good! To pair with the food, we ordered Egg Fried Rice instead of White rice and vegetables to pair with it, it satisfied the stomachs of us.

The highlight of the night was the Chilli Crab, a tantalizing dish that showcased the perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness. For seafood lovers, the BBQ Sambal Stingray was a delight, with its smoky aroma and fiery sambal sauce. The Signature Wing was a crowd-pleaser, offering crispy, juicy goodness with every bite. To complement the meal, we savored the freshness of Kai Lan, a classic Chinese vegetable stir-fry. And let's not forget the fragrant Egg Fried Rice, a comforting staple that completed the experience.
