Singapore｜Subway

Been patrolling this Subway outlet since the year 2020. Located very conveniently near a bus stop (Eastwood Ctr - 85019) at Eastwood Centre, next to Cold Storage. Been here countless times, all of which doesn’t leave a lasting impression like it did today. So I feel the urge to finally leave a review for a deserving staff, who goes by the name Jessa. She was courteous, detailed and kind. During the preparation of my sandwiches, I was nicely informed on all chargeable add-ons/choices. As the store were experiencing aircond breakdown, she reminded me of the seat I was going for is wet due to water leakage from the aircond. She also went the extra mile to label my drinks “Zero” without me asking so I would know which one is Coke Zero and vice-versa. Her kind gesture helped me to identify both dark coloured drinks at ease. When contractors arrived to fix the aircond today, she apologised again for the inconvenience caused when I moved to another table, further away from the aircond. Overall, I felt very well taken care of throughout my dine in period. The best service staff this outlet has hired thus far.

The atmosphere here is good and the seating area is also good .The staff here is very friendly.They made my order as I said

Staff is very diligent in making sure the right ingredients are in, always well stocked and all sides are available.
