Singapore｜Pizza Hut @ Eastpoint Mall

Place was not crowded due to the dining restrictions of 2 pax per table and it was a weekday. The greeting staff looked abit flustered, i guess there were a number of takeaway orders. But after we were seated the staff was attentive. The manager was friendly and informed if I did a survey, I would be entitled to a free side dish. The manager is the main staff boosting the rest of the staff service level. His service alone gets the 5 star rating. The food service was fast, it was really easy to order via the mobile app. The food came very quickly and the Hawaiian pan pizza was good with generous amount of pineapples. The bbq chicken was also worth it with big pieces of chicken on it. The place was spotless and I could see staff coming out to give the rest of the tables a wipe down, keeping up with the hygiene levels. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I would like to express my commendation for the excellent customer service rendered by staff Ms Intan. She is always in her best disposition whenever I visit the restaurant. She is attentive & efficient with customer needs. For this, Ms Intan deserves recognition from the management of Pizza Hut for her effort in ensuring high quality standard in her service.

Awesome pizza at East point Mall . Great place to hangout and great food . Staff was very friendly and pizza was hot and fresh with lovely masala lemonade . Would suggest all to go for it whenever you are traveling near kurla station . It's just outside the station . Nice ambience and food court has charging point and cricket match projecting on screen live world Cup matches . So , world Cup match and great pizzas what a mind bubbling combination. Love the Pizzahut pan crust , pasta and exotice garlic bread and dhaabe da kheema pizza is delicious and hot .
