More Comments at Google MapTried this vegetarian stall from a friend who introduced me to this food as she lived nearby in Pasir Ris East. Ordered the beehoon vegetarian for breakfast. Really Sedap ( 好吃 )!Glad that this stall helper give generous serving as I am big eater. I returned again to try their Hakka Lei Cha (客家擂茶饭)。love it! Esp the soup.(高汤) Also thanks to stall Owner for keeping the price affordable. Many working class Residents, elderly folks ordered from this stall. Keep up the gd work
One of those rare few old school vegetarian Zi char/cai png/economic bee hoon stall that opens 24/7. Tried the vegetarian hokkien mee, there's a good amount of wok hei, right amount of vegetarian hokkien mee stock taste and the ingredients that are used managed to bring out the flavour of the dish as well. The only issue I have with them is that they only sell one portion size and does not have medium/large portion like their zi zai vegetarian counterpart. On the bright side, it's considered quite affordable as it costs $4.30 only. The other issue is that their green vegetable are very hard... I will advise those who have digestion issues to tell them to leave out on the green vegetable. Overall, will return to try out other dishes like the vegetarian kway chap and laksa.
First time trying this vegetarian joint, it is ridiculously valued for money for vegetarian food. Went at 7:30pm and their mixed rice options were quickly running out. Singapore Laksa Noodle was not available. My Sa Cha Noodle with eggs was a 5/10. Still have to get accustomed to the taste and soup-based used as I do see some reviews recommended this dish. My wife's Crispy Noodle was really healthy. It'll be ideal if they have some soy sauce with chili padi so customers can adjust to their own taste bud. She rated 10/10 for healthiness. If you're looking for a stronger taste, choose from their "Thumbs Up" selections. But for the price, do give them a try if you're in the area. They get very crowded at times and there isn't any waiting area available so you'll be staying next to other ppl stalls. Will definitely come back again to try their Mixed Rice option!
