Singapore｜Poulet - White Sands

We had the roast half chicken with black pepper sauce. The chicken was extremely tender and juicy. Chose a side of mash potatoes which was extremely smooth and amazing! We also tried the smoked salmon on toast and it was pleasantly presented and had the proportion was just nice! The staff on duty were also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a splendid lunch experience. Will definitely come again soon!

Crowded at dinnertime but somehow the food arrived hot, yet amazingly quick. I totally did not expect that as the serving staff seemed short-handed and took some time to seat me. Every dish was good and the set meal is really value for money with huge portion sizes. The items were perfectly cooked and not too salty. Will be back for more!

Food portion can be shared if you’re a small eater. The truffle mash potato that we had was nice. Food served didn’t take very long to come. Pleasant staff. Loved the music played from Gold 905. Nostalgic and not too noisy.
