Bravo, Black Pot, for your ability to charge an arm and a leg for something that should have been free as compensation for the assault on my taste buds. And let's not forget about the rice, shall we? Ah, the rice, the pride and joy of any Taiwanese cuisine. Except in this case, it was the pride and joy of someone who apparently enjoys chewing on pebbles. Hard, uncooked, and probably straight from a time capsule buried in the Ming Dynasty. Truly a groundbreaking approach to culinary torture. Now, let's move on to the star of the show: the pork ribs. Oh, what a sight to behold! Except I couldn't actually behold much because the ribs were drowning in a sea of fat. It's like they thought, 'Why waste valuable meat when we can give our customers a heart attack instead?' FOUND MY NEW FAVOURITE GO TO STALL!! Ordered #2 Black Pot Pork Ribs w Rice (S$6.80). Food is really yummy with generous serving of meat and veggie. Pork ribs are tender and soup on the side is creamy 清淡 with just the right amount of sweet and savoury😭 100% value for money and highly recommend! Will definitely be back again.

Previously from Tampines mall food court before covid. Every meal comes with bowl of soup. Not super lemak but at least tasty. good value for money too.
