Singapore｜Canton Paradise Noodle & Congee House 樂天小香港粥面家 at T3 Changi (Public)

Great service, but not very accessible for those on wheelchair. But the service staff was fantastic, prepared the table close to entrance and a chair with backrest.

Ordered the stewed beef brisket soup noodle, comes with large chunks of beef and springy noodles, the ting zai style congee, comes with slices of fish and chicken and tofu and peanuts, and the magical char siew rice, which came with bits of delectable char siew and some magic and an egg that looks like it came out of the steamer tray during the free breakfast at Towneplace Suites by Marriott in Elko on your way from the Bay Area to Park City, Utah. The meal is on the pricey side but the flavors and nourishment of Cantonese soul food that comes out piping hot is hard to beat. If you want to save some SGD’s go get a similar meal for half the price at Kopitiam next to Fairprice. Be warned it might not slap as hard

Went T3 for lunch. Ordered the Century egg congee set. The set comes with side and drink which I chose Century egg tofu and lemon tea. The Century egg tofu is a cold dish, really refreshing especially after eating the warm congee. These are my comfort food and actually they are quite affordable given the big portion. Oh yes and lastly the 红油抄手, I really like spicy food! this is a must to order! Service wise, I think the server is really patient and nice, we keep asking for extra chillies. The server top up our chilli proactively! Will patronise soon with my family.
