Singapore｜Jack's Place Jewel Changi Airport

Very impressed by the service staff/mgr - Rex. He is very hospitable and attentive to our needs. One notch above the other F& B outlets (in Jewel)/Jack's Place restaurants that we have patronised. Will definitely come back to this outlet again! Kudos to the serving team too. The Tomahawk set is awesome and value for money. Student meal portion is big too and the carrot soup is yummy too.

Wonderful place, good food and excellent service! Brought my parents here on the way to Japan, and they enjoyed it very much. Rex, Richard and the crew on duty this afternoon made my mother's birthday one to remember fondly about as well! :D

I am writing in to commend Rex, the manager of Jack's Place @ Jewel, Changi Airport. He was attentive in service, checking in on our table of 4 after our food had arrived. He was also quick in service recovery, which is not something you will get at a lot of F&B establishments. I had ordered a Steak + Fish Fillet combo, and received what was a small slice of fish that was not what it should have been. Upon hearing my predicament, Rex personally saw to this matter, getting the kitchen to rectify my order and serve me an additional piece of fish (see picture of fish fillet on white plate) He didn't need to do it, especially when a lot of businesses are tightening their processes to ensure profit margins remain. But, I also believe that service recovery is worth its weight in gold, and would cost more than another slice of fish if my feedback went unattended. Kudos to Rex for this. Oh, food was good too. Standard Jack's Place fare that we are all familiar with.
